Monoclonal Antibody

A heterodimeric antibody called dual-affinity retargeting is made up of two peptide chains and a scFv (single-chain variable fragment) region that can detect two distinct antigens in each. The heavy chain variable region (VH) and light chain variable region (VL) of the single-chain antibody fragment ScFv are joined by a linker peptide, which has a low molecular weight and excellent penetration. Through disulfide bonds and inter-chain interactions, dual-affinity retargeting improves stability and activity and can effectively bridge cells without the need for an Fc region.
