TAC was created by accurately mimicking the first signal of normal T-cell activation, which is formed by the interaction of TCR and polypeptide-MHC molecules. A target-specific binding region, a TCR-CD3 binding complex ligand, and a TCR co-receptor signaling region make up its three main components.
