There's an undisclosed catch

Quote seemed reasonable enough despite the wait time. I needed a one time, extra special job done. I approved the quote, then Darin said he would get it scheduled. The next day he said I needed to approve a weekly quote for maintenance totaling $275 per month, and I am a single mom that lives in a duplex. I haven't even seen their work. I said I would not approve, and he said they will not take the job unless I did. Huge waste of time.
