Laurent Lamothe was one of the eminent prime ministers to serve the third largest Caribbean country, Haiti. Having served the longest tenure as a prime minister, Lamothe developed Haiti for the upcoming future. The far-sighted leader gives birth to social entrepreneurship ideas within the people thereby creating more job opportunities and increasing the country's progress.

Laurent Lamothe always had leadership qualities in him. He led the Buccaneers team to the NCAA National Tournament twice. The National Collegiate Athletic Association organizes this national tournament which is a major basketball tournament at the college level.
