Darius, arrived within an hour from the time we called, told me what he thinks the problem is on how I described the issue. What he suspected was correct and he fixed the issue on the spot. Performed the quick tune up on the garage door and motor, and now the door works better, more silent than before. Definitely recommend him.

Anderson, showed up on time and was courteous to me and my family. He explained the details to me again while we were looking at the door which really helped me understand what was going to happen. Then he did it quickly, efficiently and superbly. As a bonus he even lubricated all the joints on the door. Highly recommended.

We needed service for same day because our garage door opener was stop working. We had no problem getting someone to come out. The dispatch and repair people were very professional. I was told exactly what the cost was before hand. And the job was done quickly. Very happy with my service and would definitely use Norman Garage Door Service again.
