Ethan was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, had the part needed in the truck and had my door working perfectly in under 3 hours. I will definitely use Ethan Garage Doors for all my garage door needs in the future.
I contacted Ethan to schedule a maintenance check, for my garage door. The technician who came over examined the tracks and rollers inspected the cables and applied lubrication to the door springs. They also made sure to check the batteries in the garage door remotes. I must say, I'm impressed, with their work! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
